This policy is designed around the transparency and data-subject-right principles of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing framework.

صيغت هذه السياسة وفق مبادئ الشفافية وحقوق أصحاب البيانات الواردة في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة وإطاره التنفيذي.

1. Who Controls Your Personal Data

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through Premier SA under the Saudi International Premier Group brand. The operating legal entity is Saudi International Premier Group, Commercial Registration No. 7017030433. Premier acts as the controller for information it determines how and why to process, while airlines, hotels, payment gateways and other providers may act as independent controllers for their own services.

1. من يتحكم في بياناتك الشخصية

تطبق هذه السياسة على البيانات الشخصية التي تتم معالجتها من خلال Premier SA تحت علامة Saudi International Premier Group. والكيان القانوني المشغّل هو شركة سعودي إنترناشيونال بريميير، سجل تجاري رقم 7017030433. وتعمل Premier كجهة تحكم للبيانات التي تحدد أغراض ووسائل معالجتها، بينما قد تعمل شركات الطيران والفنادق وبوابات الدفع ومقدمو الخدمات الآخرون كجهات تحكم مستقلة فيما يخص خدماتهم.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Identity and account data: name, mobile, email and account preferences.
Traveler data: name, date of birth, gender where required by a travel provider, nationality, passport/national-ID details, issuing country and expiry date.
Booking data: itinerary, selected services, supplier references, preferences, baggage and booking history.
Payment metadata: transaction reference, amount, currency, gateway/provider status and limited payment identifiers. Premier does not intentionally store full card numbers or CVV.
Technical/security data: IP address, device/browser details, session identifiers, logs and fraud/security events.
Communications: support requests, complaints, call/message records and marketing preferences.

2. البيانات الشخصية التي قد نجمعها

بيانات الهوية والحساب: الاسم والجوال والبريد الإلكتروني وتفضيلات الحساب.
بيانات المسافر: الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس عند طلبه من مزود السفر والجنسية وبيانات الجواز/الهوية ودولة الإصدار وتاريخ الانتهاء.
بيانات الحجز: خط السير والخدمات المختارة ومراجع المورد والتفضيلات والأمتعة وسجل الحجوزات.
بيانات وصفية للدفع: مرجع العملية والمبلغ والعملة وحالة بوابة/مزود الدفع ومعرفات دفع محدودة. ولا تتعمد Premier تخزين رقم البطاقة الكامل أو CVV.
البيانات الفنية والأمنية: عنوان IP وبيانات الجهاز/المتصفح ومعرفات الجلسة والسجلات وأحداث الاحتيال/الأمن.
المراسلات: طلبات الدعم والشكاوى وسجلات المكالمات/الرسائل وتفضيلات التسويق.

3. Purposes and Lawful Basis

We process personal data to search and arrange travel, create and manage bookings, communicate service updates, authenticate accounts, prevent fraud, process payments through approved providers, provide support, meet legal/regulatory obligations and improve service quality.

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract or requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of legitimate interests recognized by applicable law, or another lawful basis.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from transactional booking messages.

3. أغراض المعالجة والمسوغ النظامي

نعالج البيانات للبحث عن خدمات السفر وترتيبها وإنشاء الحجوزات وإدارتها وإرسال تحديثات الخدمة وتوثيق الحسابات ومنع الاحتيال ومعالجة المدفوعات عبر مزودين معتمدين وتقديم الدعم والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية والتنظيمية وتحسين جودة الخدمة.

بحسب نوع المعالجة، قد يكون المسوغ هو الموافقة أو تنفيذ عقد/خدمة مطلوبة أو الامتثال لالتزام نظامي أو تحقيق مصلحة مشروعة معترف بها نظامًا أو مسوغ آخر يجيزه النظام.

الموافقة على التسويق اختيارية ومستقلة عن رسائل الحجز التشغيلية.

5. International Travel and Cross-Border Processing

Travel booking may inherently require transmitting traveler data to an airline, hotel, GDS or supplier located outside Saudi Arabia. Where a cross-border transfer is required, Premier will apply the safeguards and conditions required by applicable Saudi data-protection rules and limit the data to what is necessary for the booking or other lawful purpose.

5. السفر الدولي ومعالجة البيانات خارج المملكة

قد يتطلب حجز السفر بطبيعته إرسال بيانات المسافر إلى شركة طيران أو فندق أو نظام توزيع أو مورد موجود خارج المملكة. وعند الحاجة إلى نقل دولي للبيانات، تطبق Premier الضوابط والشروط التي تتطلبها أنظمة حماية البيانات المطبقة في المملكة وتقتصر على البيانات اللازمة للحجز أو الغرض النظامي الآخر.

6. Retention and Destruction

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected and for applicable commercial, tax, tourism, accounting, security, dispute-resolution and regulatory requirements.

Short-lived authentication codes are retained only for the authentication/security period.
Saved traveler-profile data remains until the customer removes it or closes the account, unless it must be retained for an active booking, dispute or legal obligation.
Booking and transaction records may be retained for the statutory or operational period required to establish, perform or defend rights and obligations.

When retention is no longer required, data is securely deleted, anonymized or otherwise rendered irretrievable in accordance with applicable requirements.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ والإتلاف

نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله وللمدد التي تفرضها المتطلبات التجارية والضريبية والسياحية والمحاسبية والأمنية وتسوية النزاعات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

يُحتفظ برموز التحقق قصيرة العمر فقط خلال مدة التحقق/الأمن اللازمة.
تبقى بيانات ملف المسافر المحفوظ إلى أن يحذفها العميل أو يغلق الحساب، ما لم يلزم الاحتفاظ بها لحجز قائم أو نزاع أو التزام نظامي.
قد تُحتفظ سجلات الحجز والمعاملات للمدة النظامية أو التشغيلية اللازمة لإثبات الحقوق والالتزامات أو تنفيذها أو الدفاع عنها.

وعند انتهاء الحاجة للاحتفاظ، تُحذف البيانات بأمان أو تُجهّل أو تُعالج بطريقة تمنع استرجاعها وفق المتطلبات المطبقة.

7. Your Personal-Data Rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to be informed, access your personal data, obtain a readable copy, request correction/completion/update, request destruction when the lawful conditions are met, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing.

To exercise a right, contact Premier through the support/contact channel displayed on the website and identify the right requested. Identity verification may be required before releasing or changing personal data.

7. حقوقك المتعلقة بالبيانات الشخصية

مع مراعاة الأنظمة والاستثناءات المطبقة، يحق لك العلم والوصول إلى بياناتك وطلب الحصول عليها بصيغة مقروءة وطلب تصحيحها أو إكمالها أو تحديثها وطلب إتلافها عند تحقق الشروط النظامية، والرجوع عن الموافقة عندما تكون الموافقة هي مسوغ المعالجة.

لممارسة أحد الحقوق، تواصل مع Premier عبر قناة الدعم/التواصل المنشورة في الموقع وحدد الحق المطلوب. وقد نطلب التحقق من الهوية قبل الإفصاح عن البيانات أو تعديلها.

8. Security, Cookies and Updates

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including controlled access, secure sessions, encrypted secrets and protected transport where implemented.

The site may use strictly necessary cookies/session identifiers for login, security and booking continuity. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and disclosure requirements.

We may update this Policy when services or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be published here.

8. الأمن وملفات الارتباط والتحديثات

نستخدم ضوابط إدارية وفنية وتنظيمية تتناسب مع طبيعة البيانات، بما في ذلك التحكم في الوصول والجلسات الآمنة وتشفير الأسرار والنقل المحمي عند تطبيقه.

قد يستخدم الموقع ملفات ارتباط/معرفات جلسة ضرورية لتسجيل الدخول والأمن واستمرارية الحجز. وإذا أضيفت تقنيات تحليلية أو تسويقية اختيارية فسيتم التعامل معها وفق متطلبات الموافقة والإفصاح المطبقة.
