1. Permitted Use

The site may be used for genuine travel research, booking requests, account management and customer support. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

2. Customer Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for protecting access to your mobile device, OTPs and account sessions. Do not share one-time verification codes. Notify Premier promptly if you believe your account or booking access has been compromised.

أنت مسؤول عن حماية الوصول إلى جهازك الجوال ورموز التحقق والجلسات. لا تشارك رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة، وأبلغ Premier فورًا إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك أو الوصول إلى حجزك تعرض للاختراق.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, unauthorized card/payment use or false traveler information.
• Automated scraping, excessive bot searches or activity intended to overload or circumvent controls.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, CSRF, rate limits, security headers or access controls.
• Introducing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, probing systems without authorization or interfering with other users.
• Using site content or pricing data for unlawful resale, deceptive advertising or infringement.

3. السلوك المحظور

• الاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية أو استخدام وسيلة دفع دون إذن أو تقديم بيانات مسافر غير صحيحة.
• استخراج البيانات آليًا أو إجراء عمليات بحث آلية مفرطة أو نشاط يهدف إلى إغراق الأنظمة أو تجاوز الضوابط.
• محاولة تجاوز المصادقة أو CSRF أو حدود المعدل أو ترويسات الأمن أو ضوابط الوصول.
• إدخال برمجيات خبيثة أو استغلال ثغرات أو فحص الأنظمة دون إذن أو تعطيل مستخدمين آخرين.
• استخدام محتوى الموقع أو بيانات الأسعار في إعادة بيع غير نظامية أو إعلان مضلل أو انتهاك حقوق الغير.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Premier branding, site design, original content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Airline, hotel and third-party names, marks and content belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for its intended customer purpose.

4. الملكية الفكرية والمحتوى

تحمي حقوق الملكية الفكرية المطبقة علامة Premier وتصميم الموقع والمحتوى الأصلي والبرمجيات. وتعود أسماء وعلامات ومحتوى شركات الطيران والفنادق والأطراف الأخرى إلى أصحابها. ولا يمنح المستخدم أي ترخيص سوى حق محدود لاستخدام الموقع للغرض المخصص للعملاء.

5. Security and Responsible Reporting

If you discover a security issue, do not exploit it or access data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue. Report it through Premier’s support/contact channel with enough information for investigation.

5. الأمن والإبلاغ المسؤول

إذا اكتشفت مشكلة أمنية فلا تستغلها ولا تصل إلى بيانات تتجاوز ما يلزم لتحديد المشكلة. أبلغ عنها عبر قناة الدعم/التواصل لدى Premier مع معلومات كافية للتحقق.

6. Access Restriction or Suspension

Premier may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud/security events, comply with law, prevent abuse or maintain system stability. Legitimate customer bookings and statutory rights remain subject to the applicable booking and consumer rules.

6. تقييد أو تعليق الوصول

يجوز لـPremier تقييد أو تعليق الوصول عندما يكون ذلك لازمًا بصورة معقولة لحماية العملاء أو التحقيق في الاحتيال/الأمن أو الامتثال للنظام أو منع إساءة الاستخدام أو الحفاظ على استقرار الأنظمة. وتظل الحجوزات المشروعة وحقوق العملاء النظامية خاضعة لقواعد الحجز وحماية المستهلك المطبقة.
